From Concept to Completion, our Props Department Works closely with our Clients every step of the way!

Working from an image, a maquette, or a concept, F&D's talented crew of sculptors create amazing three dimensional results. Incorporating skills in welding, fibreglass, and carpentry, and working with a variety of materials including clay, foam, mdf, plastics, lexan, pvc, hardcoat, and steel, guided by the weight and durability requirements of the project.

Our Props Department boasts a multi-talented crew experienced in working out of the country, with top designers and ACAD Instructors, and on works with international exposure.

We are also able to offer new
solutions in exporting digitally
created scenic elements and characters directly to our
CNC Router where we can economically evolve them
into a fully dimensional prop
of virtually any scale.
